Richard Cooney
Managing Director
Richard has worked in the construction industry for 20 years. Having founded Green Aspect in Melbourne in 2011, he has grown the business from carpentry contracts to the fitout of specialist radiation oncology centres across Australia. Richard is driven by collaboration and the pursuit of efficient, innovative and market leading building practices.
Brendan O’Riordan
Commercial Director
Brendan is a mechanical and electrical engineer who has worked in construction technology for the past 8 years as CEO of Zutec. Having worked on projects in recent years such as The Shard, Wembley Stadium, Abu Dhabi Airport, numerous hospitals and large commercial developments, he brings a wealth of big contract experience to the Green Aspect team.
