It's foundations are both insulated and heated. Through the use of solar and battery storage it will minimise its energy consumption and at times will actually sell energy back into the grid.

But this home will be more then just cosy, it will be architecturally stunning. The concrete spiral stairs floats down from the atrium like a ribbon and the internal finishes will be 5 star standard.

This ultra modern home started out life as three apartments in the 1960’s. It went on to become part of the Wellington Eye Clinic. We took the roof off and built a two storey, fully glazed extension to the rear. The result is an exceptional luxury residence.
