Stillorgan Park
Stillorgan Park is a unique residential redevelopment. The majority of the 1950’s dormer bungalow has made way for a modern health centre on the ground floor and a luxurious living quarters on the first floor. 90% of the existing structure was demolished, whilst some external walls and the chimney had to be retained and underpinned.

This residential project involved a full renovation of an old weather board home with the addition of a modern two-storey structure. The weatherboard frontage was heritage-listed which meant we were challenged with demolishing all but three walls and the roof. With the help of some creative engineering the structure appears to float on the glass blocks.
